Fifteen people, five bedrooms, three full baths, two living rooms and a loft - right across from Loon Mountain. Bedrooms sit on three levels, so early risers and late sleepers don't collide, and two kitchens mean two families cook at once. Walk to the ski shuttle across the street in winter. Year-round, your Village of Loon membership covers the pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and tennis courts. Please note: the house is on a mountainside lot, so there are exterior stairs down to the entry.

Spread out and relax in our spacious Loon Mountain home! The main level welcomes you with an open-plan living area, perfect for gathering with loved ones. A fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bedroom with a full bath complete this level. Journey upstairs to discover a cozy loft with a futon and beanbag chair - a great spot for kids or curling up with a book. This level also offers a master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a full bath. The lower level is an ideal retreat with its own living area, kitchenette, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom, offering flexibility and privacy for larger groups or families.

Experience Loon Mountain living at its finest! Our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers ample space for up to 15 guests, making it ideal for large groups and families. Pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, and tennis are a short drive at the Village of Loon (membership included). Winter: ski shuttle stops across the street. After a day of adventure, relax and unwind in our comfortable home. (Please note: Due to the home's mountainside location, there are stairs leading to the entrance and stairs to get around inside.)
